A Christmas holiday designed raised serving plate on a clear glass pedestal. It has a silver grasp handle in the middle. The handle does turn. There are tiny bubbles in the base glass it doesn’t appear finely made. The plate has a small gold rim and says Made in China on the bottom. There are some vintage use marks on the bottom of the plate. Size: 7” diameter x 9” T.
