Shipping policy

Purchases are carefully packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Our business days are Monday through Friday. We will contact you by email if we are not able to meet this standard. We typically make temporary closure announcements on Instagram. 

Breakables are wrapped in bubble wrap and protected. We have 10 years’ of packing and shipping experience. We are sustainable and sometimes use recycled packing materials. 

We typically ship by USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Media Mail. We reserve the right to choose the shipping service that works best for your purchase(s) with the included complimentary shipping service. This may included but is not limited to USPS, UPS and Fedex.

We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier including but not limited to holiday shipping delays, weather delays, stuck packages, temporarily lost packages, etc.
