A decorative vintage blue and white teacup. The cup is small and blue & white with a unique pattern. The cup is cobalt blue with a pretty blue rim and a creamy smooth interior. There are some darker firing spots inside. There are some soiled areas on the lower rim and some blue spots on the base. There is a blue ring around the base.
