A large ironstone antique platter in "Osborne" pattern as marked on the base from T R & Co. Likely produced in England by Tunstall, originally established in 1883 and began using T R & Co around 1912.* This ironstone piece has been cleaned and has remaining light crazing in the center of the platter and a light dark streak. There is a manufacturing line in the transferware over one scroll along the rim. We call this green transferware, though someone may identify this as blue. There is a gilt rim with many rubbed areas along the outside and a lightly scalloped edge. There are no chips or cracked. Size: 14.75 x 11.5".
