An antique edition of Pilgrim’s Progress by John Bunyan. Published by Henry Altemus around 1900. This book is missing it's title page and likely a frontispiece. The cover is a light gray or off-white with gilt decoration and a paste-on illustration of a house. There is a soil spot on the lower right corner of the cover. The gilt on the backstrip is darkened. The endpages are attached and then the book turns to the "Preface" page, so there is no Table of Contents. The book has many black and white illustrations. There is at least one upper right corner crease. 234 pages + advertising. Size: 6.25".
