A white Italian opaline tazza with green murano glass style detail and cut floral inlay. The compote has a gilded enamel rim and base rim. There are no chips or cracks but some gilt is rubbed. Size: 7.25 T x 8” W.
A tazza was often used in Italy in the 19th century to serve sweetmeats, fruit or used as a centerpiece.
