An antique English Gaudy ironstone morning glory dessert or salad size plate from around the mid-19th Century. Size: 8”. The unmarked ironstone plate has brillant colbalt blue morning glory flowers and two-toned green leaves on a white glaze. There is a cobalt blue rim. There are two small firing marking from production on the plate and an imperfection or flea bite along the outer rim. Please see photos. The base is slightly raised.
