A vintage edition of Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll with full color illustrations by John Tenniel. A continuation of the original story that Alice in Wonderland was based on. A later copy published in 1934 by Macmillan and Co, Limited in London. It has a green cloth cover with some shelf-wear and fraying of the cloth on the upper and lower backstrip. The brightly illustrated endpages are good. There is a message notation on the free-fly page. There is moderate to heavy foxing in areas throughout the book. There are many full page illustrations and some inset black and white illustrations. There are some pages with bent lower corners and one page with a damaged outer page edge (pictured). The cover corners are slightly crushed. 235 pages. Size: 8.25".
