Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase! Should a product not meet your expectations, we will graciously accept returns of not damaged physical products within the required time-frame.The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping fees. Return requests must be made in writing by email or text to megan@bbantiquesexports.com or 515-210-3386.
The product must be shipped with a tracking number and customer paid insurance, within 10 days of original tracked delivery. Returned products must be returned in the condition they were received.
For items DAMAGED in shipping: Multiple photos of the shipment box and damaged product from multiple angles will be required from the customer for products damaged during shipping. These would be emailed to megan@bbantiquesexports.com or by text to 515-210-3386.
The box, packing materials and the item must be kept by the customer, as the shipping company will require to see these as a part of discovery process. If this does not happen a refund may not be available.
When the damaged product is shipped back to us for a refund, we will require all pieces of the damaged product returned including any and all cracked or broken pieces available. Full refunds are processed promptly at the time the returned product is received or at the time the insurance claim is processed.
The purchase of any gift card is non-refundable. The purchase of any digital download image (non-physical item) is non-refundable.
