The Works of Virgile, French Pink Soft Cover Books, 1802

A set of four pink soft cover French books, Oeuvres de Virgile. Copyright 1802. The books are somewhat shabby chic with pink soft cover French paper covers. There is some paper loss on the spines with antique paper labels. There is a section of papers detached from one volume (pictured). The books have beautiful detailed engravings throughout. The pages are in rag style with nice texture and are mostly white throughout. Volume 2 has areas of foxing and is the book with the detached section in the front. Size: 8.5". The collection is 7" wide. The color is a muted matte pink at is most similar to the first picture of the book spines.
